We live in unprecedented times.
I hope you and your family are keeping well and safe.
Nobody knows what the next few months will bring but I wanted to update you on what we are trying to do to ensure we can continue to take care of you.
We will be open at times and we expect to remain so throughout this crisis, although we may have periods where our service is restricted to telephone and email in order to protect our incredible team of staff. We will try to keep our website, Facebook page and twitter account as up to date as possible. However, if in doubt please call us on 0330 900 2020.
We are of course taking every possible measure to ensure that we remain a safe space for all and an important part of this is that we are implementing a locked door policy.
Until further notice, we will be offering only what could be categorised as “high priority” appointments which are essential or an emergency. These will be triaged first by telephone.
If however you are having problems with your vision or hearing, have lost or broken your glasses, or any other situation where you need our help, then we will do everything possible to ensure we are here to take care of you. It is quite possible we will be able to offer a telephone or face time consultation.
If you need supplies of contact lenses, solutions or eye drops these can be posted to you without any additional charges or we will arrange to deliver them for you. To request this service then either call the practice on 0330 900 2020 or email hello@simonfalk.co.uk
By taking these steps now, I am confident that whatever the future brings we will be able to continue to provide the high standard of service you have always received.
