James finds long days in sunlight tiring and struggles with glare.
Also poor light conditions make umpiring difficult.
By now wearing the Interchangeable sunglasses this allows him to have a lens for all different light conditions , making his difficult job a little less so! James is now umpiring on the first class circuit.
